This study examines the impact of influence and manipulation techniques on Moroccan consumer behavior in an increasingly digitalized marketing environment. It aims to understand how persuasion, scarcity, social proof, and emotional appeal shape purchasing decisions. A theoretical and empirical approach combining a literature review and a detailed questionnaire was conducted among Moroccan consumers. Findings show a significant influence of these techniques and a growing ethical awareness. The research highlights managerial implications promoting transparent marketing and suggests exploring the role of digital tools and artificial intelligence in future consumer influence.
