Morocco ranks among the African countries most exposed to cybercrime, while the integration of AI into its cyberdefense mechanisms remains limited and poorly structured. This article proposes an approach enabling Moroccan companies to integrate AI across all their cyber processes: governance, prevention, detection, response and compliance, in line with the national legal framework. Through a Design Science Research approach combining qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys of practitioners and executives, the article establishes an empirical diagnosis of current maturity, then proposes a framework crossing five cyber processes with five levels of AI maturity, each paired with explicit regulatory requirements. The results reveal strong operational appetite, contrasting with still-emerging governance and marked caution regarding the decision-making autonomy granted to AI. The framework provides a steering tool that security officers can use directly to structure a responsible, compliant adoption path.
