This study explores Moroccan entrepreneurs' perceptions of their experience with the Intelaka program, designed to encourage entrepreneurship through tailored financing solutions. The main objective is to identify the factors influencing these perceptions and propose adjustments to enhance the credit allocation process and overall customer experience. Despite its aim to promote entrepreneurship, the Intelaka program faces challenges related to eligibility criteria, lengthy processing times, and the quality of information partner banks provide. The central research questions are: How do Moroccan entrepreneurs perceive their experience with the Intelaka program, and what adjustments could be made to standardize and improve the process across Moroccan banks? The study follows a positivist epistemological approach and employs a quantitative methodology. Using the snowball sampling technique, a sample of 59 beneficiaries was created. Participants, including individuals and organizations, were selected from clients of three Moroccan banks participating in the Intelaka program: Bank of Africa, Attijariwafa Bank, and CIH. Data was collected through an electronic questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS software. The study tested several hypotheses, revealing significant findings. Key barriers such as personal contributions and feasibility studies negatively impact customer satisfaction. Longer processing times are associated with more negative perceptions of access to financing. Additionally, the clarity and accuracy of information banks provide play a crucial role in entrepreneurs' satisfaction. Beneficiaries' experiences differ significantly depending on the bank, highlighting inconsistencies in practices. The main challenges identified include prolonged processing times, rigid financing criteria, and a lack of standardized banking practices. These obstacles hinder the program's efficiency and negatively affect the customer experience. To address these issues, the study proposes several recommendations: easing eligibility criteria, particularly by reducing the emphasis on personal contributions and simplifying feasibility studies; harmonizing banking practices to ensure a more consistent and fairer customer experience; streamlining processes and leveraging digital tools to shorten processing times; and enhancing communication to provide greater transparency and clear information at each step of the process. This research underscores the importance of improving banking processes to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize the Intelaka program's impact. By implementing the proposed recommendations, Moroccan financial institutions can not only improve the customer experience but also strengthen their role in fostering entrepreneurship in Morocco.
