31. THE IMPACT OF TRAINING EFFECTIVENESS ON ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE IN THE AGRICULTURE SECTOR
This study is used to assess the impact of training effectiveness on organizational performance. The latter was examined according to four main dimensions: economic, social, political and systemic. Data was collected from 249 employees through a quantitative approach. Belonging to agricultural enterprises in the region of Souss Massa in Morocco, these employees were divided into middle managers and supervisors. Data analysis was performed with SPSS v.31.0.0.0. This study demonstrates that the effectiveness of training positively influences organizational performance. The results of the study reveal that a statistically significant and positive relationship exists between training effectiveness and organizational performance. Effective training practices improve economic outcomes i.e. productivity and profitability. These practices also help to strengthen social cohesion and employee engagement. Through better decision-making and communication, they support policy alignment and strengthen systemic performance. These results highlight the strategic role of training in promoting sustainable organizational performance, particularly in the agricultural sector. The study highlights the need for organizations, on one hand, to invest in training. On the other hand, to ensure its alignment with broader organizational objectives and performance indicators.
